Sense. Trust. Awaken.

A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair and a light beige top sitting in front of a decorative ceramic tile wall, smiling and winking.

Welcome to a different way of living - one not constrained by binaries, depleted by extraction, or demeaned by subservience. Here, sensing leads. Trust follows. Awakening arises as the natural state of being. When you show up awake and present, hope takes root, and anything becomes possible.

I could share about myself here. I’ve lived many lives and grown through many life experiences. I’ve done all the “right” things, taken some “missteps” along the way, and believe that our strongest survival instinct is activated through connection. Through it all, I’ve found an unflappable strength within that continually rises. I feel most grounded and empowered when I honor my Self, my boundaries, and am connected to people and experiences that feed my soul.

I have found coaching to be the most effective and empowering method of removing clutter (mental, physical, emotional) and rewiring your system in a way that allows you to deeply connect with your true Self, reconfigure your relationships with others, and chart your life in alignment with what you genuinely want and need. In a nutshell, it’s a great way to efficiently cut the bullsh*t and create the life you want.

But coaching is not about me. It’s about you. And it’s about how we partner on a creative journey of exploration and evolution and undoing. My role is to be the window, not the light. I am the riverbanks allowing the tension and current of your river to run its course, no matter the season. I am the guardrails that prevent your car from careening off the mountainside, leaving nothing but a trail of chaos and catastrophe. However you want to imagine our partnership, you - your thoughts, narratives, beliefs, wisdom - are the main event.
